I would like to know what the best exercises would be for strengthing the knees and legs. I have had a slightly torn menisquis (sp) in my right knee and it is very weak.
There are times that it gives in when walking. I realize that I need to strengthen the calves, thighs, and ankles.
I am 64 years of age.
