		<description>I&#039;m in your shoes to. I&#039;m 52 have had 3 knee sugerys on my right knee. The cartlige has worn away. Have had shots for it. There is nothing they can do for it now but total knee replacement. I&#039;m just not ready for that yet. I need ideas how to trim my knees down. It a challage so got watch what I do.</description>

		<description>I would like to know what the best exercises would be for strengthing the knees and legs.  I have had a slightly torn menisquis (sp) in my right knee and it is very weak.
There are times that it gives in when walking.  I realize that I need to strengthen the calves, thighs, and ankles.
I am 64 years of age.</description>
