Sports are great means to stay fit. Athletes and sportsmen have considerably good heath due to the physical activities they indulge in. You will always hear people saying that playing games is very important for keeping fit. This statement is absolutely true. But games cannot be taken only as a form of exercise. You must have interest in it, and only then you will continue playing a game.

Some people have the problem of not liking the organized games. Either they do not like the strict rules of those games or they have some unpleasant experience in playing them. Many kids also do not like organized games like cricket, soccer etc. because they cannot take the pressure of competition.

Not playing games means laziness for a child and it leads to obesity and many other health related maladies. But what should one do if he/she does not like playing certain games? Well, there is no point to be disheartened and think that you don’t have any game left with you. Here is a list of games that you can try playing.

Sports like swimming, wrestling, gymnastics, martial arts etc are great exercises that can help build a strong physic. Moreover, these games can be played with one’s own wish. Of course, there are specific rules and regulations of these games. But one can feel a sort of individuality while playing any of these games.

So, no need to be upset if you do not like games played by many people together. You can play these games, enjoy them and on the top of everything you can stay fit and healthy.
