It is not advisable to get rid of the belly fat very fast. Rapid fat loss is harmful to your body. The body should get used to the fat loss gradually. So resume to a program to get rid of your belly fat in a much more composed manner.
Some tips to reduce the belly fat:
Food:
You should be more conscious about the food you are taking. Food containing more protein and less carbohydrates and saturated fats should be preferred. Protein will strengthen your muscles. It will improve your metabolism, which is important for reducing fat.
Frequency of taking food:
In order to reduce the fat in your belly you should take a little food many times a day. Eating substantial quantity twice or thrice a day tends to store more fat in the body.
Surgery to reduce fat:
Surgery is also another way to reduce fat quickly. However, it is mainly for people more than 100 pounds. There are three kinds of surgical operations viz. banding of the stomach, gastric bypass, and Liposuction. However, these operations are risky and may have negative effect on body.
Exercise:
The most effective way to reduce your belly fat is to exercise. Sit ups, crunches, oblique, and doing weight are the best ways to get rid of the fat in your belly. Exercise strengthens your muscles and helps get rid of the stubborn fat.
While reducing your belly fat it is always good to go slow and steady. After all slow and steady wins the race.

Hi, The nature of my job only allows me to eat 2 times a day.. once in the am and at 6pm….I work out a great deal. What is an effective way to get rid of a large deposit of Belly fat
