We are always taught not to shout or scream for anything and to speak softly. But very few people actually know that screaming can also be beneficial to diminish the stress factor.

Now, if you wish to scream out of stress, then you don’t need to give it a second thought. Just go ahead. According to research studies, a good scream can cut your stress by up to 25 %.

Actually stress can be caused by many things. The reasons can be traveling to work, working long hours and so on. These are the reasons for the stress at your work place.

Scream Therapy

Research studies suggest that letting out a loud scream is quite effective while it comes to the matter of blowing out a little steam; it really helps to calm people down.

Primarily scream therapy is trauma-based psychotherapy that has been developed and popularized by Arthur Janov, Ph.D. Here the patient is not provoked to scream, shout or cry, but the environment makes him do that. Actually, Janov asserted that in scream therapy patients usually find their real feelings and needs in order to experience all their pain.
