In order to stay fit it is not necessary that one go to the gym only. One can also stay fit by remaining at home. It does not mean that one remain idle, household chores are great ways of exercising and keeping the body fit.
If you cannot afford to go to the gym do not panic. Working out at home is much more cheaper and affordable. Here are some tips which will help you stay fit at home.
1.Look around and see all the exercises that one could be getting right at home. These exercises are sufficient, free of cost and are equivalent to the ones you would get to do at the gym only after shelling out a lot of money.
2.Devise a diet strategy for yourself . As you are at home focus on eating natural fruits, vegetables and healthy fruit juices. Dump out all the fatty and calorie building food outside the fridge. Avoid temptation by keeping all the possible greasy and delicious but unhealthy food out of sight.
3.Good old fashion home chores; such as, sweeping the porch, pulling weeds by hand, trimming hedges, wiping down the counter tops in the kitchen, taking down curtains and washing them, feather dusting the walls, dusting and polishing furniture help the body remin flexible. There is always something to do around the house that will keep you fit; thus you’ll have a clean environment in which to live… plus you’ll stay healthy and looking good.
4.If you find these exercises boring, resort to gardening. Best of all tune in some music and start doing the chores. Dancing and working out the household chores help keep those muscles fit.
5.When away from home, park your car a distance from where that you need to go, such as the grocery store, etc., each step is in the right direction to staying fit. Walk as much as you can and keep those calves strong.
