Running is the fastest way to physical fitness, it is the simplest and easiest way to attain fitness. However, it is essential that one keep certain points in mind or else instead of bringing in benefits, running will cause lot of harm to the joints.

Most importantly set a goal for yourself. Set a goal in such a way that you can stay committed to it. No matter what your goal is, since you are not used to running, always start small, slow, and build up.
