These suggestions dont make any sense and are all contradictory.
Its impossible to follow these rules and make a meal, unless each meal only has 1 food in it.
For example, carbs for breakfast. Fat for lunch and protein for dinner. (but no milk allowed on your cereal)
Come to think of eat, no dairy or meat allowed at all, as they both include fats and protein ?

It also starts off by saying eat equal ammounts of protein fat and carbs, and then list s 10 reasons of why not to combine them ?

This needs detailed explanation, or ignoring completely.
Can anyone clarify ?

Any references (peer-reviewed, scientific journals) for this seemingly random set of suggestions?
