We should recognize the dangers of fast food obesity. Taking steps such as cooking healthy meals at home, exercising daily can prevent obesity.
According to a research, if consume fast food 2 times a week, your obesity risk increases by 50%. Fast foods, combined with sedentary habits, lack of exercise are important factors causing obesity. Hence, eat less of fast food, exercise more and stay healthy.
