Here are few ways to get rid of flabby arms:
- Cardiovascular exercises: Cardiovascular exercises such as cycling, jogging, walking, and swimming reduce the body fat. Reducing the body fat is the fastest way to get rid of flabby arms. Hence, make sure you workout every day to reduce the overall body fat and flabby arms
- Push-ups: Push-ups use your body weight to strengthen the arm muscles especially the triceps. Pull-ups, bench press exercises etc. can also be done to get rid of flabby arms
