Zumba is a fitness program which is inspired by Latin dance and music. The body movements in Zumba are inspired from dances such as Salsa, Flamenco, Menrigue, Mambo etc. The main reason why Zumba works is that it involves a lot of moves which contribute for a total cardiovascular workout.
