Aerobic kickboxing is a form of cardiovascular activity which combines the elements of aerobics and kickboxing. Aerobic kickboxing, which involves performing high-intensity moves to dance club music, enables you to enjoy the workout and helps you to achieve a strong, well-toned and leaner body.

Unlike the other forms of kickboxing, aerobic kickboxing does not involve physical contact with opponents as movements such as kicks, punches are thrust into the air. Although, aerobic kickboxing does not involve any resistance, it provides a total body workout as the major muscle groups are exercised.
