Flabbiness and laziness often go hand-in-hand. An active lifestyle can help you quickly get over that rotund stomach and slim down to that shapely figure you have always desired. Inculcate the following in your lifestyle to flaunt off a healthy attractive figure:
1. Get up early: Sleep early at night and get up early in the morning. An early rise will automatically lead you to the jogger’s park because there are few distractions. Breathing in the fresh air of the morning can be an added benefit.
2. Join the gym: The habit of a regular visit to the gym is easy to inculcate. Socialize with the people in the gym and you will soon find yourself yearning for your daily evening or morning visits to the gym.
3. Form an exercise club: Get your friends together and form an exercise club. You and your friends can take charge of the day’s activities according to a schedule and plan out ways to make it a fun and interesting workout for everybody.
4. Spouse help: Ask your spouse or parents to motivate you on a daily basis.
5. Stop giving orders: Force yourself to get up to fetch the remote lying on the adjacent couch, or to bring the packet of chips in the kitchen. This will make your more alert and also remove the laziness from your body.
6. Educate yourself: Read about the ill effects of flabbiness and the old age problems that ensue on that account. They should be sufficient to motivate you.
