Are you watching those commercials, which say – make flat abs in five minutes or lose three inches of waist in just two days or any other crazy claim?
Well I doubt, if you can really see any changes or improvements, for working out for five to ten minutes. However in a along run, the eight or ten minutes of workout will not be sufficient for you.
Never rely on commercials or advertisements. You can try for those exercises, only after you get some good reviews about it. The commercials which say reduce weight in ten minutes, or workout for five minutes and get a zero figure, grow tall in one day, etc. are just unreal.
All these commercials are aired only to make money. In reality it doesn’t happen, it is absolutely impossible. You are a not a Gods gifted magician to turn an elephant into a dear. You are no more a kid to get fooled all the time, wake up guys; you are in the 21st century now.
I agree that technology is fast improving and is ruling the world. Hundreds and thousands of new instruments and technologies launch everyday. But never forget that the technology or the instruments that are ruling us today were created or made by us.
It is ‘we’ who create all these things, and in turn we ourselves suffer from our own creation. It could be a success at first, but your success will lead you to disaster someday.
If you really want to get rid of the fat, you need to workout regularly. Too start off with morning walks is good idea and after a week you can hit the roads with jogging twice daily for twenty minutes. After a month you can start off with light weight exercises with the help of a gym trainer and slowly increase on your workout schedule.
By following these simple things, you can at least guarantee yourself for being fit, until you stop doing exercises.
Note – One cannot change the aspects of nature, if anything has to be changed, it happens in a period of time. But one cannot force it to happen.
