A face is the index of the mind. A nice face reflects a good state of mind. In order to improve our facial features, there are certain set of exercises that can be carried out everyday.
Lets see what can be the benefits of performing facial exercises:
Improved blood Circulation:
The facial exercises stimulate the flow of blood to face it can also relieve tension and improve the overall appearance of the face.
Curtailing the wrinkles:
as people tend to age their skin might start to develop wrinkles. By performing the facial exercises the wrinkles can be avoided to a large extent.
Some of the ways to facial exercises:
- Face:
One can start by massaging the face gently with their hands. One can use a mild cream and apply it on the face massaging gently in the outward direction.
- Forehead:
For the forehead one can place their fingers just below their eyes and pull the skin downward at the same time raising the eyebrows upwards. This stretches the forehead amicably at the same time provides the necessary exercise to smoothen the skin.
- Eyes:
Close your eyes and with the eyes closed start looking up and down, diagonally and then in circular motion. Do these exercises slowly without causing much strain to the eye. This improves the vision and makes the eyes brighter and sharper.
- Neck:
Stand erect and slowly tilt your neck backwards looking at the ceiling and then get back to the normal position. The next would be to rotate the head side ways to the left and then to the right.
By doing these exercises the muscles in the neck are stretched.
