A face is the index of the mind. A nice face reflects a good state of mind. In order to improve our facial features, there are certain set of exercises that can be carried out everyday.

Lets see what can be the benefits of performing facial exercises:

Improved blood Circulation:

The facial exercises stimulate the flow of blood to face it can also relieve tension and improve the overall appearance of the face.

Curtailing the wrinkles:

as people tend to age their skin might start to develop wrinkles. By performing the facial exercises the wrinkles can be avoided to a large extent.

Some of the ways to facial exercises:

Stand erect and slowly tilt your neck backwards looking at the ceiling and then get back to the normal position. The next would be to rotate the head side ways to the left and then to the right.
By doing these exercises the muscles in the neck are stretched.
