Crunches:
These are the most easiest abs exercise which can be performed very easily at home. In order to perform this exercise just lie down straight on the floor. Now bend your knees a little so that your feet are straight on the floor. Place your hands at the back of your head and try to lift your shoulders above the floor slowly. While doing this make sure that your abdominal muscles squeeze with each raise. Never try to raise your neck in the upward direction but rather perform it in a natural and smooth flowing manner.

Knee Ups:
In order to perform this exercise sit on the edge of the bench with your hands grasping the edge of the bench to maintain a balance. Now extend your legs and try to pull your knees towards your chest. Make sure that your abdominal muscles squeeze when you contact your knees into the chest. Try to hold this position for few seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 15 – 20 times for better results.

Knee Raises:
In this exercise lie down firm on the bench or on the ground with your chin raised high. Make sure that your shoulders and arms are widely open. Make sure that your feet do not touch the ground. Now without swinging your feet try to bring your knees towards your abdomen so that your feet are locked at an angle of 90 degrees. Make sure that your abdomen muscles are squeezed when you perform this activity. Try to hold this position for sometime and relax. After sometime repeat it. Try to do 10- 15 repetitions in 3 sets for better results.
