Here are some good indoor exercises that will help you burn the extra calories from your body.

Indoor Exercises to Burn Calories:

There may be no substitute for exercise and diet if you want to lose weight quickly and safely. You need to workout at the gym as it is the easiest and safest way to burn fat. Apart from that, swimming is often claimed as the best form of exercise for weight loss. So, if you have a swimming pool indoors, why not utilise it??? Cycling:

Cycle is great fun way of exercise to tone up your abs, arms and thigh muscles and help you lose weight. However, sometimes it is not possible to cycle outdoors. So, you may need to invest a good exercise bike to cycle indoors and tone up your body within a couple of weeks.

Step Aerobics:

Crunches:

Climbing Stairs:

This is probably the easiest yet effective indoor exercise that will help you lose weight. Walking the stairs up and down for 4-5 times daily can certainly burn the fat. Do it slowly initially and then gradually increase the speed.

Dance:

Dancing is the most effective exercise for lose weight that can be done at home. You don’t have to be the best dancer to perform this. Just play any of your favorite fast paced music and start shaking your body. If you are not sure how to start, you can also play any dance video and dance along with it. Keep shaking your body till you sweat or dance for at least 20-30 minutes daily.
