This is a classic move that flattens the tummy by using your own abs efficiently. Hold your knees from behind and tuck your belly in and curl down the floor to get the perfect position. Now get your head and shoulders up gently.
You can start this exercise by sitting with your legs straight sin front of you. Extend your arms over the legs and lower your head between your arms. Now curl backward and bend your knees, but stop halfway down. Raise your arms straight and pull your abs tightly. Exhale slowly and lower the arms as you curl back again.
Usually sit-ups can give people a sore neck. This is a best alternative for all those people. Lie flat on the floor with the end of a towel tucked or resistance band placed under the center of the back. Now bend your knees and try to hold the other end of the band above your head. Inhale using your ab muscles to get your body up.
